Her art is inspired by the things that surround her everyday, elements of nature, a fondness for cooking and traveling, mid century modern and folk art style illustration. She likes to incorporate digital elements with organic, hand painted images and will often use several mediums within one piece. Her bright and colorful illustrations appear on art prints, cards and stationery.

My love for sea glass began on the Eastern Shore with a dear friend. After years of beach combing and creating sea glass art for friends, I was inspired to start my own small business. I use everything that washes ashore—sea glass, driftwood, shells, stones, and starfish—to craft unique shadow box art. All jewelry is handmade in small batches from actual vintage tins, trays and canisters. Each piece is sourced from all over- from thrift shops, yard sales, attic clean outs, estate sales, or your granny’s basement! I recreate the tins into lightweight, sustainable modern, jewelry. I make shapes that I like and think most compliments the gorgeous patterns on the tin. I often add modern hand cut brass pieces and vintage and modern beads to compliment the beautiful patterns on the tin. All scraps go into the recycle bin.
This fun boho, lightweight jewelry is a beautiful example of vintage appreciation and re-using and Up-cycling! No two pairs are alike.
