APPLICATION SCHEDULE
The following application schedule applies only to the following markets:
MAY 16th: KIMBERTON GARDEN & GIFT SHOP [Phoenixville]
JUNE 20th: RIVER STATION [Downingtown]
JULY 18th: RIVER STATION [Downingtown]
[REMINDER: each applicant will only be accepted to *ONE* of these three markets.]
Applications Open: Thursday, February 13th at 5pm
Applications Close: Tuesday, March 18th by 5pm
Decisions* Sent: Friday, March 21st by 5pm
*all decisions: acceptance, waitlist, and rejection
Upon acceptance --
E-sign agreement: Tuesday, March 25th by 5pm
Payment due: Tuesday, March 25th by 5pm
Marketing info due: Friday, March 28th by 5pm
**NOTE: if for any reason you become unable to attend the markets you applied for,
please withdrawal your application before the deadline.
Once accepted, vendors must e-sign agreement and remit payment by the deadline to confirm their space.
Any non-responsive applicants will forfeit their acceptance after the payment deadline.
